PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a dictionary which improves speech recognition.SOLUTION: A speech recognition system (1) includes: a speaker information creation part (52) for creating speaker information regarding a speaker based on the speech of the speaker; and a speaker information user dictionary creation part (71) for creating a speaker information user dictionary (UD1) based on the speaker information. It also includes at least one of: a first combination having an image analysis part (3) for creating member information (Im) regarding a member based on an image of the member who was at the place of a conversation and a member information user dictionary creation part (72) for creating a member information user dictionary (UD2) based on the member information (Im); and a second combination having a keyword collection part (52) for collecting keywords acquired from the content of the conversation and a keyword user dictionary creation part (73) for creating a keyword user dictionary (UD3) based on the keywords.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
