PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sales promotion activities at gas stations etc. more efficiently by ensuring that a user is provided with privileges offered by a store to encourage the user to visit the store.;SOLUTION: A privilege notification system has a store terminal and a privilege notification server. The store terminal includes: a user ID acquisition part that acquires a first user ID identifying a user and a second user ID that identifies the same user as the user identified by the first user ID and that is different from the first user ID; a privilege ID acquisition part that acquires a privilege ID associated with the second user ID; a sales amount determination part that determines a sales amount on the basis of a privilege associated with the privilege ID; and a terminal transmitter that transmits to the privilege notification server a first user ID signal, a sales signal corresponding to the sales amount, and a second user ID signal indicating the second user ID.
