PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, method and program for supporting a preparation work of receipts in a clinic, in more particular, a calculation of a medical examination remuneration.SOLUTION: A receipt preparation support device 100, which is a server for externally conducting a receipt preparation support with respect to one or more clinics 110, comprises a communication unit 101 that is a communication interface and the like for receiving medical examination information on patients from a first clinic terminal 111 of the clinic 110. The receipt preparation support device 100 comprises a processing unit 102 that is a CPU and the like for calculating medical examination remuneration points on the basis of the received medical examination information.
