PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker/microphone integrated-type hands-free call device for an emergency reporting system, the hands-free call device including a speaker and microphone accommodated in the same frame while reducing an influence of the speaker on the microphone.SOLUTION: A call device 20 comprises a microphone M constituted by microphones M1, M2 arranged at axially symmetric positions taking a center line CL in the width direction of a frame 30 as a symmetric axis and a microphone M3 arranged at a position on the center line CL, the position being closer to a speaker SP than the microphones M1, M2. The call device further comprises a voice processing unit 100 including: a beam former unit 102 connected to the microphones M1, M3, the beam former unit forming a bi-directional pattern 102c having strong directivity in two directions perpendicular to the center line CL and weak directivity in two directions along the center line CL; and an echo cancel unit 103 connected to the beam former unit 102 and the microphone M3, the echo cancel unit removing a voice signal output from the microphone M3 from a voice signal output from the beam former unit 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
