PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent retrieval system capable of objectively determining reliability of a retrieved order placement destination candidate agent.SOLUTION: An agent retrieval system includes: an agent search unit (43) for searching a lower level agent to be an order placement destination candidate from an upper level agent to be an order placement source via a set of the upper level agent and the lower level agent having contract results with each other in series; a relationship degree calculation unit (44) for calculating a relationship degree representing contract results for each set on a search path from an order placement source agent to an order placement destination candidate agent; and a relationship score calculation unit (45) for calculating a relationship score representing relationship between the order placement source agent and the order placement destination candidate agent based on the relationship degree of each set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
