PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement driver service agent retrieval system allowing a user to select a replacement driver service agent, and a replacement driver service agent retrieval program causing the system to execute the retrieval.;SOLUTION: The replacement driver service agent retrieval system comprises a management server including: desired vehicle-dispatch-location information recording medium for recording a desired vehicle-dispatch-location information received from a user terminal; probable arrival time reception time recording means for recording times when probable arrival times are received from terminals of replacement driver service agents; selection means for selecting a replacement driver service agent from the shortest probable arrival time in the probable arrival times that have been received from the terminals of the replacement driver service agents within a prescribed time; and selection result transmission means for transmitting to the user terminal, a probable arrival time of a selected replacement driver service agent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
