PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester elastomer resin composition excellent in flame retardancy; and a polyester elastomer filament or a flame-retardant network structure excellent in flame retardancy.;SOLUTION: A flame-retardant polyester elastomer resin composition is obtained by blending 1-40 pts.wt. of phosphinate and/or diphosphonate (B1) as a flame retardant (B), with respect to 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polyester resin (A) which is formed from 50-99 pts.wt of a polyester block copolymer (A1) containing 15-90 wt.% of a high-melting-point crystalline polymer segment (H1) formed from a crystalline aromatic polyester unit and 10-85 wt.% of a low-melting-point polymer segment (L1) formed from an aliphatic polyether unit and/or aliphatic polyester unit as components; 1-50 pts.wt. of a polyester block copolymer (A2) which is a polyester block copolymer containing 40-90 wt.% of a high-melting-point crystalline polymer segment (H2) formed from a crystalline aromatic polyester unit and 10-60 wt.% of a low-melting-point polymer segment (L2) formed from an aliphatic polyether unit and/or aliphatic polyester unit as components, where the high-melting-point crystalline polymer segment (H2) is formed from two or more acid components and one glycol component.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
