PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a safety problem with a steel tower assembly method using a conventional steel tower assembly jig that a boom for the steel tower assembly jig needs to be installed at a high place.;SOLUTION: A steel tower assembly method using a steel tower assembly jig of the present invention includes: a first step for fixing the steel tower assembly jig comprising a mast and a boom at an upper part of a steel tower portion assembled to a desired height; a second step for fixing a lifting mast that extends downward on the mast of the steel tower assembly jig, and assembling a steel tower portion of a desired height on the steel tower portion that has already been assembled; a third step for releasing the fixed state between the steel tower assembly jig and the steel tower portion, and lifting the lifting mast using a lifting device to lift the steel tower assembly jig to the desired height; a fourth step for fixing the steel tower assembly jig to the steel tower portion; and a fifth step for assembling the steel tower portion of the desired height using the steel tower assembly jig, on top of the steel tower portion that has already been assembled.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
