PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building health management device and a building health management method that acquire an effect of continuous temperature change on inclination of a building as daily inclination data and measure a continuous inclination of a building, thereby acquiring inclination data that covers even a slight inclination angle, such as a slight inclination of 3"(seconds) or 5", and diagnosing the health of the building.;SOLUTION: Building inclination angle data and a building inclination angle are displayed on a screen in a manner in which they can be compared, and a building inclination angle degree of the building analyzed by comparison of them is acquired.
