The present invention provides a novel spiro [cyclobutane-1,3′-indoline] -2′-derivative (I) of the formula (I) wherein Cy, R 1, R 2, R 4, L, and “m” And a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The compounds of formula (I) are useful as bromodomain inhibitors in diseases or disorders where bromodomain inhibition is desired.
