PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a system.;SOLUTION: An agent dialog system includes an agent device and a server, and the agent device includes a text conversion unit that converts received audio data into received text data, a response acquiring unit that transmits a response request including the received text data to a server device and acquires response information that is received from the server device in response to the response request and includes a nuisance determination result including determination result indicating whether a call from a caller is a nuisance phone call, and a call processing unit that disconnects the call with the caller on the basis of the nuisance determination result, and the server device includes a nuisance phone call determination unit that determines whether the call is a nuisance telephone call, on the basis of a learning result obtained by machine learning of nuisance phone calls in advance and the received text data.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
