PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting powder coating which is excellent in heat-resistant storage stability and forms a coating film excellent in smoothness.;SOLUTION: The thermosetting powder coating contains powder particles containing: an amorphous polyester resin; a crystalline polyester resin having a melting temperature of 70°C or higher and 140°C or lower; and a thermosetting agent. The powder particles have a continuous phase of the amorphous polyester resin and a dispersed phase of the crystalline polyester resin dispersed in the continuous phase. The absolute value of the difference between the SP value of the amorphous polyester resin and the SP value of the crystalline polyester resin is 0 or more and 0.25 or less.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
