PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that eyelids get generally lowered according to deterioration in levator palpebrae superioris muscle with aging and the nasolabial folds become noticeable so that various techniques, e.g. one shown in Patent Publication No.2012-1457 are disclosed as countermeasures, which use expensive materials, applied on the skin surface to gain the effect and it is feared that the effect is limited.;SOLUTION: The invention for solving the problems above is the eyelid/face beauty method and beauty instrument (lifting-up band) used for it, which attains training of the levator palpebrae superioris muscles and increase in the muscle power by stimulating with the hematite magnetic, uses magnetic hematite for increasing muscle power of lifting up the face and achieving small face effect by stimulating the acupressure points and muscles close to the ears with the hematite magnetic.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
