PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a positional adjustment of a flap in an air-flow type classifier comprising a coanda block, at a low cost, with high accuracy and good reproductivity.;SOLUTION: A knurl handle for manual rotational operation is located on a side face of a housing, rotational operation applied to the knurl handle is transmitted to a rotary shaft of a flap of a classifier via a coupling located on a front face part of the housing in such a manner that rotational motion of the handle is decelerated, and a direction of said rotational motion is converted by 90 degrees by a rotational motion conversion jig.
