PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine learning device which can learn sequence of a laser processing robot to be capable of efficiently instructing an optimal solution, a robot system, and a machine learning method.SOLUTION: A machine learning device 2 learning machining sequence of a laser processing robot 1 comprises: a state observation unit 21 which observes at least one of plasma beam at a laser processing point by the laser processing robot and processing sound at the laser processing point by the same as a state variable; a determination data acquisition unit 22 which acquires the cycle time when the laser processing robot performs the processing as the determination data; and a learning unit 23 which learns the machining sequence of the laser processing robot on the basis of the output of the state observation unit and the determination data acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
