PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present format data suitable for editing a document page as a constituting element of the document page.SOLUTION: A template presenting unit 22 acquires an attribute (posting day of week, right or left page, name of page, version name, number of articles, number of lines of article, number of images, and aspect of image, etc.) of a page and an article to be created by a user, refers to a template DB, narrows down templates to a template corresponding to the acquired attribute of the page (S52, S54), and presents the narrowed-down template as a template for the page to be created by the user (S56).
