The device (10) has a data processing tablet (12) that is arranged with a monitor (14) or display screen and a software (16), a mobile phone (52), and a photo camera (54). Two joysticks (40, 42) are utilized for controlling of the mobile device equipped with a set of sensors (30). A microphone (50) and a loudspeaker (22) are utilized for integrating voice and sound. A flow meter (18) measures the flow of water crossing the device in motion. A remotely operated submarine robot (60) is attached directly to the device or freely arranged or connected with the device by an optical fiber. An independent claim is also included for a method for collection, visualization, processing, communication, collaborative editing, and networking of submarine contents.
