PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantifying method of a vulcanization accelerator containing a sulfur atom excellent in quantitative accuracy compared to line analysis.;SOLUTION: There are provided a quantifying method which divides a surface of a rubber composition into one or two or more strip-like regions and quantifies an amount of a vulcanization accelerator containing a sulfur atom in each of the regions by an energy dispersive X-ray analyzer; and a calculation method of a diffusion coefficient of a vulcanization accelerator in a rubber composition which includes: a sample preparation step of sticking a rubber composition containing a vulcanization accelerator and a rubber composition having no vulcanization accelerator to prepare a measurement sample; a shift step of shifting a chemical in the measurement sample; a quantifying step of quantifying an amount of the vulcanization accelerator containing a sulfur atom of the measurement sample after the shift step; and a calculation step of calculating a diffusion coefficient using a first low of Fick from the result obtained in the quantifying step.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
