PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a watching person to learn a detected current state of a watched person in detail and give instructions.;SOLUTION: Each of information acquisition devices installed at distance intervals at which a short-range communication signal can reach includes: a signal receiving unit for receiving the short-range communication signal including a signal identifier from a communication apparatus carried around by a watched person; an information acquisition unit for acquiring information for confirming a state of the watched person and environmental information surrounding the watched person upon receiving the short-range communication signal including the signal identifier; an information transmission unit for transmitting the information for confirming the state of the watched person and the environmental information surrounding the watched person in association with the signal identifier to an information processing device; an instruction information reception unit for receiving information for giving instructions on movement of the watched person transmitted by the information processing device; and an instruction information notification unit for giving notice of the information for giving instructions on movement of the watched person.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
