PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for producing a liquid product and/or a semi-liquid product for the ice cream, pastry or catering industry.SOLUTION: Provided is a machine 1 comprising: a working container 3 forming a working chamber 4 producing an ice cream product; a stirrer 5 mounted at the inside of the working chamber 4; a heat treatment system 13 and provided with at least one heat exchanger performing heat exchange with the container 3 corresponding to the working container 3; a container 201 storing fundamental preparation product for an ice cream, pastry or catering product; a feed unit 9 with a pressure gas fluid injector 30 composed so as to inject a gas fluid to the container 201 in such a manner that the fundamental preparation product is extruded from the container 201 and is transferred to the working container 3; and a diluted solution injector 12 feeding out a diluted solution. In the machine 1, the diluted solution injector 12 is associated with the working container 3 and a diluted solution is injected to the working container 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
