PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent service quality at the time of watching from deteriorating by carrying through both of the protection of privacy of a resident to be watched and a watching side learning an accurate state of the resident at the time of watching when the resident in a solitary senior's house is remotely watched.;SOLUTION: A watching monitoring camera has a first output mode for outputting first image data obtained by photographing a monitoring target area and a second output mode for outputting second image data obtained by applying obfuscation processing to the first image data. The watching monitoring camera is connected with a mobile phone terminal including a display via radio communication, and switches from the second output mode to the first output mode in response to start of a voice call between the watching monitoring camera and the mobile phone terminal.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
