MAEDA SYSTEM OF ASEISMATIC CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic construction method that may be executed even by a small construction company and an individually operating carpenter.;SOLUTION: Aseismic resistance is enhanced by suppressing conveyance of an earthquake to a building, by sandwiching between two vinyl sheets a high-quality vinyl sheet or an iron/nanofiber plate with grease oil applied on both surfaces, and placing the sandwiched member on a horizontal concrete platform. A building is constructed on the base by a conventional modern construction technology. An outside reservoir is provided in order to prevent damaging of a water pipe, a gas pipe and an electric wire coming in from outside and a drain pipe and others going out from inside, even when a land and the building are shaken in opposite directions.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
