PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation difficult person rescue carriage that can pick up and transport a rescue-receiver safely in accordance with an extent of care with less effort when transporting the rescue-receiver having difficulty in evacuation by own strength.SOLUTION: An evacuation difficult person rescue carriage 1 travels in stairs using a sliding body by providing the sliding body 9 constituted by a front sled 9a comprising a sliding material and a rear sled 9b comprising a friction material in a floor part in an outer surface longitudinal direction of a floor part of a box body, providing a wheel 10 in the lower part of a front surface part of the box body, and providing an upper handle 6 and a lower handle 7 behind the box body. A two-legged stand 16 with legs anchored in the left and right of a connecting member and a pause device 17 for putting in-and-out a friction belt by a roller are provided to a lower frame 2. A cloth-like calf rest 14 capable of being attached and detached by using a hook-and-loop fastener is stretched between a front part of a seat and the upper part of the front surface part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
