PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Ganoderma lucidum submerged culture liquid fermented products including mycelium and fermented solution, the fermented products improving alcohol-induced hepatic steatosis and exacerbation of hepatic function disorder, increasing in vivo antioxidant ability, and inhibiting an inflammatory response.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an application of a composition prepared at the time of production of a health food or a medicine which improves the symptoms of hepatic disease caused by alcohol, the composition comprising a Ganoderma lucidum liquid fermented product obtained by liquid culturing Ganoderma lucidum strain. The composition comprising a Ganoderma lucidum liquid fermented product is administered, in which hepatic disease means alcoholic liver disease, alcoholic fatty liver, and alcohol induced decrease in concentration of hepatic antioxidant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
