PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atmosphere related quantity derivation device, an atmosphere related quantity derivation program, and an atmosphere related quantity derivation method that can precisely derive an atmosphere related quantity, such as an atmosphere delay amount and a water vapor content based thereon.;SOLUTION: An atmosphere related quantity derivation device includes: a phase difference calculation unit 43 for acquiring a first phase difference based on a phase of a radio wave transmitted by a transmission station 6 and received at a first point P1; a phase difference calculation unit 43 for acquiring a second phase difference based on a phase of a radio wave transmitted by the transmission station 6 and received at a second point P2; an atmosphere delay amount difference calculation unit 53 for calculating point difference information which is a difference between the first phase difference and the second phase difference; and a water vapor derivation unit 56 for deriving a relative related quantity which is a difference between a first atmosphere related quantity from the transmission station 6 to the first point P1 and a second atmosphere related quantity from the transmission station 6 to the second point P2 on the basis of the point difference information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
