A method and apparatus for determining the validity of a sample for a digital predistortion device is disclosed. According to the present embodiment, in the digital predistortion device for compensating the nonlinearity of the power amplifier, it is possible to accurately estimate the predistortion coefficient even with a low-capacity memory and efficiently compensate for the nonlinearity of the power amplifier.
