PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, regarding a filler-containing polyolefin composition, a filler-reinforced resin aid that improves reinforcing and dispersing properties of a filler, and allows a molding having excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance and flexural strength to be obtained when molding the composition, a filler-containing resin composition containing the aid and a molding thereof.;SOLUTION: A filler-reinforced resin aid (D) is composed of urea modified polyolefin.
