PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly workable installation method for a heat pipe.;SOLUTION: An installation method of a heat pipe 11 includes: a restricting step for restricting a pipe tip part 13 in an almost straight condition, by fixing an almost straight restricting jig 21 having rigidity higher than the heat pipe 11; an insertion step following the restricting step in which a boring machine 50 is operated while a tip side of a boring rod 51 of the boring machine 50 is engaged with an engagement jig 31 integrated with the pipe tip part 13, thus inserting the heat pipe 11 into a vertical hole 55 by moving the pipe tip part 13 downward into the vertical hole 55 along with the boring rod 51, for having the pipe tip part 13 reach an installation depth; and a rod drawing step following the insertion step in which the boring rod 51 is separated from the engagement jig 31 by drawing the boring rod 51 upward, thus drawing out the boring rod from the vertical hole 55.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
