The present invention relates generally to methods and compositions for predicting the therapeutic efficacy of cancer treatment and the prognosis of cancer. The present invention discloses markers that are useful as prognostic markers for cancer, each associated with favorable and adverse outcomes in certain cancer treatments. Methods with these markers have been disclosed to predict cancer therapy benefits for cancer patients and to establish clinical outcome prospects.
