PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a pseudo-musical instrument sound that expresses property possessed by the sound emitted from a musical instrument of a three-dimensional structure having chords and a main body with less calculation amount in a realistic way.SOLUTION: A musical sound signal synthesis part 100 calculates third information representing the n-th order derivative concerning a displacement or the time of the displacement on mode coordinates of respective natural vibration modes of a main body, on the basis of a first equation of motion representing the vibration of chords using first information representing a force exerted on the chords calculated according to performance information and second information representing the n-th order derivative concerning the displacement or the time of the displacement at least at one end of the chord support end, and calculates fourth information representing the force exerted on at least one end of the chord support end by the chords, on the basis of the second information and third information. The n-th order derivative concerning the displacement or the time of the displacement on the mode coordinates of the respective natural vibration modes of the main body is acquired based on a second equation of motion representing the vibration of the main body using fourth information, and second information acquired in the chord model calculation process is calculated based on the n-th order derivative.
