PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation system, plant cultivation device, application, and plant cultivation control method allowing plants to be readily grown.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device for cultivating plants, and a control sever for controlling the plant cultivation device are provided. The plant cultivation device, by transmitting identification information assigned to the plant cultivation device is provided with: means for carrying out a wireless connection with a portable terminal operated by a user; means for performing communication settings for carrying out communication with a control server according to instructions from the portable terminal over the wireless connection; reception means for receiving plant information related to the plant being cultivated; and control means for controlling the environment for raising the plant on the basis of control information corresponding to the plant information. The control server is provided with: means of registering user information including identification information of the plant cultivation device received from the portable terminal operated by the user; and means of receiving identification information of the plant cultivation device from the plant cultivation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
