PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation system, a plant cultivation apparatus, an application program, and a plant cultivation controlling method, which allow plants to be easily grown.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a plant cultivation system comprises a plant cultivation apparatus 30 for cultivating plants and a control server 10 for controlling the plant cultivation apparatus. The plant cultivation apparatus comprises: means for making a wireless connection with a mobile terminal 20 operated by a user U by transmitting identification information assigned to the plant cultivation apparatus; means for performing communication setting for performing communication with the control server in response to an instruction from a portable terminal via wireless connection; receiving means for receiving plant information on plants to be cultivated; and control means for controlling plant growth environments on the basis of control information corresponding to the plant information.
