PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately distribute resources necessary for sales activities.;SOLUTION: A sales activity support device 1 includes: a function generation unit 124 for generating a profit prediction function to predict a profit obtained from a visit destination on the bases of the amount of resources consumed at the visit destination by a salesperson corresponding to each of a plurality of visit destinations of the salesperson; a restriction condition acquisition unit 125 for acquiring an upper limit value of the total amount of resources which the salesperson can consume at the visit destinations and an upper limit value of profit obtained from the visit destinations or an upper limit value of time corresponding to the upper limit value of the profit; and a calculation unit 126 for calculating the amounts of resources which the salesperson consumes at the respective visit destinations and which make the total of profits for the respective visit destinations the largest on the basis of the profit prediction function generated for each of the visit destinations, the upper limit value of the total amount of resources, and the upper limit value of profit or the upper limit value of time corresponding to each of the visit destinations.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
