INTERNAL QUALITY DETERMINATION DEVICE, FRUIT SELECTION SYSTEM, AND DENSITY MEASUREMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve determination accuracy of an internal quality of fruit.;SOLUTION: An internal quality determination device comprises: a measurement tool 17 for measuring a weight and volume of watermelon W; a saccharimeter 19 for measuring a sugar content of the watermelon W; a memory 55 for storing density of a sucrose solution corresponding to concentration of the sucrose solution having the same component with the sugar content of the watermelon W; and a calculation part for calculating density of the watermelon W on the basis of the measured weight, volume and sugar content of the watermelon W. The calculation part calculates apparent density of watermelon on the basis of the weight and volume. Then the calculation part extracts density of the sucrose solution corresponding to the sucrose solution concentration which approximates to measured sugar content, from the memory 55. Then, the calculation part calculates a density index value for indicating the density of the watermelon W, by multiplying an inverse number of the extracted density of the sucrose solution, to the apparent density.
