PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch feeling device that can be easily downsized, while suppressing unnatural feeling of the sense of touch.;SOLUTION: In a touch feeling device, a movable body 20 is supported so as to move from a first position to a second position, a driving mechanism 50 moves the movable body 20 to the second position, by energizing an expanding and contracting wire member 54 which expands and contracts in accordance with the electric conduction state to contract the expanding and contracting wire member 54 and a retention mechanism holds the position of the movable body 20 at the second position.
