The present invention relates to a method for producing a thermoplastic fiber composite made from a thermoplastic matrix (M) comprising a thermoplastic molding compound (A) and reinforcing fibers (B). The method includes the following steps: i) a step of obtaining a flat structure (F) comprising reinforcing fibers (B), ii) a step of introducing the flat structure (F) into the matrix M, iii) a matrix And (iv) a step of reacting with the polar group of the reinforcing fiber (B), and iv) a step of uniting the fiber composite material.
