PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the credibility of information transmitted on the Internet.SOLUTION: There is provided an information credibility evaluation system 100 comprising: a point awarding part 230 for awarding points to a user 300; and a learning part 220 for causing the point awarding part 230 to award points to the user 300 in accordance with a learning situation related to at least language of the user 300, therein it is possible to determine the credibility of information transmitted on the Internet by the user 300, the information which being related to a country or a region where the language is used, in accordance with the total number of the points acquired by the user 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
