PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink film for color change and color deterioration prevention package, capable of preventing color change and color deterioration of an object to be packed, without deterioration of beautification of the shrink packaging body.SOLUTION: The shrink film for color change and color deterioration prevention package comprises: an ultraviolet ray shield layer in which an inorganic ultraviolet ray cutting agent is blended; and a front surface layer disposed on at least one of surfaces. A blending ratio (mass%) of the ultraviolet ray cutting agent in the ultraviolet ray shield layer is higher than that of the ultraviolet ray cutting agent in the front surface layer.
