The present invention relates to a composite powder in which the surface of an inorganic powder contained in a cosmetic is uniformly coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer to improve skin adhesion, a cosmetic composition comprising the same, and a method for producing the same. The cosmetic containing the composite powder of the present invention exhibits not only the adhesiveness due to the pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer and excellent skin adhesion, but also improves the covering power and sustainability. It has good dispersibility, excellent application properties when applied to the skin, and has a light and refreshing effect.
