PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a main item of construction for switching facilities based on high-accuracy information.;SOLUTION: A load changeover determination system (30) comprises: a predictive current calculation part (41) for calculating a prediction value of a maximum load current from a designated power distribution facility to a user load, a prediction value of a minimum load current from the power distribution facility to the user load and a prediction value of a maximum power generation current from distributed power sources to the power distribution facility at an interval of a partial period in one year; a system current calculation part (42) for calculating a system current from a differential between the prediction value of the minimum load current and the prediction value of the maximum power generation current; a selection part (43) for defining greater one of the system current and the prediction value of the maximum load current as a maximum system current; an addition part (44) for calculating a maximum system current in changeover by adding up the maximum system current of the power distribution facility of a construction target and a maximum system current of a power distribution facility of a changeover candidate; and a comparison information generation part (45) for generating comparison information between the maximum system current in changeover and capacity of the power distribution facility of the changeover candidate.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
