PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-organism aggregate array group generator which arranges micro-organisms in rows at desired positions on a substrate.;SOLUTION: A micro-organism aggregate array group generator comprises a transfer source substrate onto which are fixed, in parallel lines, linear water soluble polymers, and filaments formed connecting segments of the linear water soluble polymer, as well as a micro-organism array which is formed within the linear water soluble polymers and which include micro-organisms. The micro-organism aggregate array group generator is configured such that the micro-organism array fixing surface of the transfer source substrate is brought into close contact with a transfer destination substrate such that the micro-organism array is transferred to the transfer destination substrate.
