PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body for a high lift work vehicle comprising a rotary type maneuvering box that enables a worker who stands on the ground to speedily and easily perform maneuvering for placing the high lift work vehicle in a variety of operations while maintaining accuracy, and a high lift work vehicle.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a vehicle body for a high lift work vehicle, which comprises a vehicle body frame; a drive system for the high lift work vehicle provided to the vehicle body frame; and a maneuvering box connected electrically to the drive system. The maneuvering box is provided in a rotary manner at a side part of the vehicle body frame. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a worker who stands on the ground is enabled to easily perform maneuvering for placing the high lift work vehicle in a variety of operations, the maneuvering being speeded up and improved in certainty. Convenience and usability are therefore improved. Further, lifetimes of related components of the high lift work vehicle can be prolonged, and the costs for maintenance and repair can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
