PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cremains management facilities that can be effectively prevented from being collapsed and do on against an earthquake or land subsidence and also easily repaired even if tilting, and a method of installing the same.;SOLUTION: Cremains management facilities comprise: a metallic frame body in rigid-framed structure that has metallic columns isolated from each other, a metallic upper beam for mutually coupling upper-end parts of a pair of columns adjoining each other, and a metallic lower beam for mutually coupling lower parts of the pair of adjoining columns below the upper beam with each other, and is mounted on a base to surround a cremains management space; a fixing member for coupling M columns with the base to fix the metallic frame body to the base; a door member and a plurality of panel members fitted to a side face of the metallic frame body fixed to the base; and a roof member fixed to an upper surface of the metallic frame body fixed to the base.
