PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical service support device which implements a mechanism to issue an order of a specific action and the like.SOLUTION: The medical service support device issues an order of a specific action by receiving a selection of the specific action from a medical doctor. When a condition instruction is a comprehensive instruction, the device issues the order by adding information indicating that the condition instruction is a comprehensive instruction. The medical doctor specifies a minimum proficiency required for the specific action so as to set a procedure corresponding to the proficiency and issue the order. Concerning a nurse receiving the order, the device determines whether the order can be realized on the basis of the proficiency and presence of the qualification of the nurse for the specific action and only the order determined to be realizable can be selected and realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
