PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duplication detection device, duplication detection method, and duplication detection program capable of appropriately detecting duplication with an existing content when registering a content.SOLUTION: A duplication detection device 1 includes: a conversion unit 11 that converts data representing a content into reduced data representing the feature amount of the content; an arithmetic unit 12 that calculates a hash value of the reduced data; and a registration unit 13 that additionally registers the hash value to a block of a block chain.
