PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building design book providing system capable of acquiring a design book of a building by a simple procedure and a clear fee system by a client.;SOLUTION: A server includes: a storage part 4 for storing a first table uniquely associating building conditions of a building with an ID and a second table associating the ID and the design book. The client provides a building condition input screen for inputting the building conditions of the building to a client terminal 6, acquires the building conditions input by the client terminal 6, registers the acquired building conditions in association with the ID in a first table, and acquires a plurality of building books based on at least a part of the building conditions.
