PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power failure lamp power supply that is easy to introduce and high in scalability.SOLUTION: A power failure lamp power supply 2 includes: a storage battery 20; a charging circuit 10 supplied with input power for charging the storage battery 20; an output circuit 40 for supplying power to a light source 3 using output voltage from the charging circuit 10 or voltage of the storage battery 20 as a power supply; a reception unit 51 for receiving a control signal in accordance with the DALI communication standard from a communication line L; and an operation switching unit 52 for making the charging circuit 10 stop output if the control signal indicates an inspection command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
