PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a switchboard and a transformer which allows installation work at a site to be simplified so as to reduce installation costs and further an installation space for a facility to be reduced, and a power receiving/distributing facility to which the connection structure is applied.SOLUTION: A connection structure 10 for a switchboard and a transformer used in a power receiving/distributing facility 12 connects a flange 22 provided on one side face of a transformer 16 to a flange 28 provided on one side face of a switchboard 14 through a waterproof packing 54; and passes a tip side of a bushing 24 protruding from the flange 22 near the transformer 16 through the flange 28 near the switchboard 14 and connects the tip side to a cable 29 for connection of the switchboard 14 in an enclosure 25 thereof so as to directly connect the switchboard 14 to the transformer 16.
