A method is provided for enhancing an immune response comprising covalently binding an amphipathic peptide to an antigen to form an antigen complex composition, comprising administering the antigen complex to a subject. A novel antigen complex having an amphiphilic helical structure is also provided, and the ability of antigen delivery can be improved. [Selection] Figure 7A
