PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeable water proof film suitable for work clothes which eliminates heat and humidity in the clothing by perspiration when being worn, and prevents water from outside from entering with a porous film having both excellent moisture permeability and waterproofness.SOLUTION: The moisture permeable water proof film has a moisture permeability (T) of not less than 300 g/mhour, a water pressure resistance of not less than 40 kPa, and satisfies P×T≥20,000 kPa g/mhour. The peak temperature of a thermal shrinkage stress in a film longitudinal direction exists in 150-180°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
